“The ongoing portable water provision programme is a grassroot intervention that is being coordinated by each local government and area councils with supervision of the state government. Participating firms are also locally sourced with the water and works department of each local governments handling the procurement processes. The grassroots’ contentment is widely acknowledged as the masses welcome the 100 days initiatives with open arms.

“The conception of the pro-masses 100 Day programmes takes into account cost effectiveness, durability, maintenance plan and local ownership. This administration crafted specific plans including the borehole as a short term intervention to address acute water shortage that is weakening the health of Osun people.

“It is therefore a reprehensible fake news from the pit of hell to allege that a single company is anchoring the borehole projects. Pacific Holding is not involved in any project in Osun.
