The Osun State Police Command confirmed the death of two young m
en at the Oke-Baale Area of the State’s Capital yesterday.
The crisis was said to have started when some cultists abducted a member of another at Ode-Oga Junction of Oke-Baale
According to the State’s PPRO, SP Yemisi Opalola, a cult attacked a rival group & this led to the death of one person, which later led to a reprisal & subsequently led to the death of the second person. The police spokespersons said many cult members who sustained machete cuts and other forms of injuries are at various hospitals in Òṣogbo receiving treatment.
She added that the Police Command will go after the fleeing cult members to prosecute them and make the State safe.
