The presidential candidate of the Labor Party (LP) Peter Obi, has promised to bring comprehensive change to Nigeria if he is elected as president. In a series of tweets, Obi pledged to lead the charge to transform Nigeria from a consumer nation to a productive one.
Obi stressed the need to reset and reboot Nigeria in all aspects, including leadership and governance, security of life and properties, and economic and political freedom. He emphasized the importance of celebrating shared values and responsibilities as a diverse country.
If elected, Obi assured the public that the change he and his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmad, will seek will be all-encompassing, with a focus on patriotism and national pride. He added that loyalty should be to God and Country, and the Constitution and Rule of Law will be given priority.
Obi directed a specific message to the youths, stating that he came into the race for them. He recognized the millions of youths who are losing hope in the country and vowed to fight for their rights and a brighter future.
With just one week to go before the presidential election, Obi urged Nigerians to support his bid for the presidency, promising to deliver the all-encompassing change that Nigeria needs.
