The governor-elect of the Kano State, Abba Yusuf has been presented his certificate of return by Kano State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Ambassador Zango Abdu, on Wednesday.
The Independent National Electoral Commission had earlier announced Yusuf as the winner of the March 18 governorship election in the state.
