Writing this is one of the most difficult things I have ever done. The death of Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo, my dearly loved political leader and a true champion of the people, has left a profound sadness in my heart and that of all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
It is hard to come to terms with the passing of such a general, battle-tested leader and administrator per excellence who is so respected and admired across Osun State and beyond.
His demise is indeed too painful to bear but we are comforted by his contributions to the political arena and public life which we believe will be remembered for generations to come. His legacy will continue to serve as an inspiration for all of us.
He managed to transcend the political fray and unite people from all walks of life. He lived life with grace, dignity, and selflessness that had a profound impact on those around him.
During this difficult time and beyond, my thoughts and prayers are with him, his family, and every concerned person. I hope that the outpouring of love and support from everyone, as well as his faithful supporters, brings some comfort and strength to the family.
