The Alayemore of Ido-Osun Kingdom, Egbedore Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba (Dr) Aderemi Adedapo,
has joined his ancestors.
It was gathered that Oba Adedapo died in the early hours of today, Saturday at an undisclosed medical facility in Osogbo, the State capital.
The monarch was said to have started feeling unwell on Monday and was taken to a facility where he was transferred to a teaching hospital within the State.
His reign lasted for 19 years as he was enthroned in 2005.
Until his death,he was the secretary of Council of Obas in Yoruba land.
As of the time of filling this report, no official statement from the palace, but the sons and daughters of Ido-Osun has took to their social media to mourn the passing of their monarch.
