United Kingdom Authority has reportedly deported popular Nigerian YouTuber, Emdee Tiamiyu back to Nigeria.

The news of Emdee Tiamiyu’s deportation comes a few months after it was reported that he was apprehended on charges of fraud, sparking widespread attention.

Emdee became famous last year after granting an interview to the BBC about Nigerian immigrants, who are entangled in a financial scandal involving the UK government.

The situation began with Tiamiyu’s BBC interview, where he made remarks regarding Nigerian students in the UK, implying that many took advantage of the student visa system to find work and migrate their families to the nation.

Following the interview, Emdee Tiamiyu was accused of frauding the UK government of £160,000.

According to reports, Tiamiyu misappropriated cash intended for relocation to build a house in his native state of Ogun, Nigeria.
