The lawmaker representing Boripe/Ifelodun/Odo-Otin federal constituency of Osun State, Olusoji Adetunji has been attacked by members of his Constituency over alleged poor performance.
According to a video obtained by InsightMedia, the incident occured in Ada town, Boripe local government on Saturday.
It was gathered Adetunji was at wedding ceremony of a daughter of one of political leaders in the area, where he was allegedly spending lavishly.
Some youths, who attacked the lawmaker accused him of neglecting them since he was sworn in over a year ago.
It was gathered that the lawmaker was whisked away from the scene by his security details and one of his aides was reportedly injured during the clash.
One of his aides was also injured during the scuffle.
Efforts to speak with the lawmaker proved unsuccessful as calls and messages to his lines were not answered.
