World Institute for Peace in Collaboration with other Organizations, has declared readiness to support the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff in finding the lasting solutions to security challenges facing Nigeria.
According to a statement by Kamiludeen Omotoyosi Lamina, the Executive Director of World Institute for Peace, the organization will be collaborating with the League of Peace Ambassadors, humanity and human rights advocates.
Lamina said they are prepared to offer their support and expertise to the office of the CDS in Nigeria in finding lasting solutions to the insecurities in the country.
He said, “as an organization committed to promoting peace and security, the Institute understands the importance of addressing the root causes of conflict and violence. We believe that by working together with the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff and other stakeholders, we can create a more peaceful and secure environment for all Nigerians.
“Our team of experts is ready to provide guidance, resources, and support to help develop comprehensive strategies and initiatives to address the various security challenges facing Nigeria. We are dedicated to upholding the values of peace culture, human rights and dignity, and we will work tirelessly to ensure that all efforts to enhance security in Nigeria are carried out in a manner that respects the rights and well-being of all individuals.
