The Managing Director of Ospoly Microfinance Bank, Dauda Adebisi-Balogun has emerged as the Zonal Vice Chairman of the National Association of Microfinance Banks in Southwest.

Adebisi-Balogun, who was sworn in today as the Vice Chairman of the Osun State chapter of the Association, was nominated today during the State Congress held in Osogbo.

The Chairman of the NAMB Osun State chapter, Mr Charles Adedayo informed the members that the position of Vice Chairman of southwest was zoned to Osun State.

Members at the meeting unanimously voted for Adebisi-Balogun to take the position, describing him as a “man with wealth of experience”.

His nomination will be confirmed on Thursday at a Zonal Congress to be held in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Speaking after the nomination, Adebisi-Balogun appreciated members of the Association for the overwhelming support and confidence in him.

“I promised to be a good ambassador of Osun State chapter of NAMB and will at all times bring glory to the association.”

He dedicated the achievement  to the BOT member ( Prince Yemi Adeoye JP), The Chairman of his Bank and Rector of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr Kehinde Alabi, other Board members, management and the entire staff of Ospoly Microfinance Bank.
