The Super Eagles’ players have expressed their frustrations, stating that they are no longer interested in the second leg of the AFCON qualifiers’ game against Libya on Tuesday.

The team was delayed upon arriving in Libya yesterday as they were diverted from Benghazi to Al Abaq, thereby getting stranded at the airport for over 15 hours.

Meanwhile, some Super Eagles’ players have taken to various social media platforms on Monday, stating that the situation has worsened, and expressing their desire to return to Nigeria.

‘You can have the points, we’re not playing,’ Super Eagles tell Libya, CAF after being abandoned at airport.
