Chelsea are ready to table a bid for Alejandro Garnacho after Napoli’s offer for the Manchester United winger was rejected.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Napoli have seen an offer worth €50 million (£42m) for Garnacho rejected which gives Chelsea a boost to tender their are own offer to Gernacho and Manchester United
The versatile winger is nearing an exit from United and his agent was spotted at Stamford Bridge during the Blues’ clash with Wolves.
Garnacho’s camp are reported to have held positive talks with Chelsea in few days ago and they appear to be the only suitor in the race, with Napoli now turning their attentions to Borussia Dortmund winger Karim Adeyemi.
Chelsea are eyeing Gernacho as a replacement for Mykhailo Mudryk, who faces a four-year doping ban, and is currently suspended. Chelsea believe that the Argentine winger would fill that role as a young and dynamic player
