Beatrice Ekweremadu, wife of former Deputy Senate President Senator Ike Ekweremadu, has returned to Nigeria after being released from prison in the UK.
A reliable source confirmed her return to VANGUARD on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that Senator Ekweremadu, his wife, and Dr. Obinna Obeta were sentenced by a UK court for crimes related to organ harvesting.
Senator Ekweremadu was given a 10-year prison sentence, while Mrs. Ekweremadu received a six-year sentence.
