Music star Davido has shared that he was gifted $20,000 by a producer and writer he worked with on his Timeless album.
The artist explained that the producer/writer had recently received his publishing check and came to his home to show appreciation.
On his Instagram story, Davido revealed that the producer presented him with the $20,000, expressing gratitude with the words, “Baba, I thank you.”
Davido, the 30BG boss, expressed how uplifting it is to encounter kind-hearted people, and how meaningful it is to feel appreciated.
He wrote, “A certain producer/writer I started working with from Timeless. Finally, he got his publishing check, came to my house, handed me 20 thousand dollars, and said, ‘Baba, I thank you.’ Happy to see there are still good people in this world! Being appreciated sure feels good! Love you, brother!”
