The embattled National Secretary of the peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senator Samuel Anyanwu has resumed office at the National Secretariat of the party
Anyanwu arrived at the party secretariat around 10:56 a.m., and headed straight to his office where he was received by his personal staff.
While Speaking to reporters in the office, Anyanwu dismissed a statement credited to the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba.
Ologunagba had confirmed to reporters that the party had received the Appeal Court judgment recognizing Sunday Okoye as National Secretary.
In response, Anyanwu said: “That is his opinion. It’s not the opinion of the party.
“As National Publicity Secretary of the party, I wouldn’t want to disparage him. Maybe he didn’t get the facts correctly. I have appealed.”
