Manchester United forward, Amad Diallo has reportedly sustained an injury which will keep him out of the season, this will be a massive blow to the club and Ruben Amorim in particular
Daily Mail reported that the 22-year-old forward could miss the rest of the season after suffering an ankle injury in training ahead of this weekend’s United trip to Tottenham.
Since the beginning of the season, Amad has been one of the few positives players at Old Trafford. With the Red Devils having been technically out of the title race in the Premier League, their attention will have turned to winning the FA Cup and Europa League. But that task became a whole lot harder without the Ivorian.
The Ivory Coast international signed a new contract at Manchester United until 2030 last month, he has scored nine goals and bagged seven assists for the Red Devils in all competitions this season.
All eyes will be on United and manager, Amorim to provide official confirmation on the extent of Amad’s injury and if he will play again this season.
