Manchester United left back, Luke Shaw has been spotted back in training at Carrington after a lengthy spell out deu to injury
The Athletic reported that Shaw was joined by fellow defenders Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro in United’s training session on Friday, with the latter two being recently sidelined with respective calf and foot injuries.
That suggests that all three are closing on a first-team return, which would be Shaw’s first minutes since December
Since the beginning of this season, Shaw has made just three appearances for United, with severely knee and muscle problems severely his time on the pitch.
The 29-year-old only played 15 times in 2023-24 for the Red Devils, highlighting how injuries have affecting his time at Old Trafford. Unfortunately, United simply cannot rely on him as the only left-back.
Manchester United will face high flying Nottingham Forest on Tuesday in the Premier League and it remains to be seen if Luke Shaw, Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro would be fit enough to start the match
