The All Progressives Congress (APC) has closed its national secretariat in Abuja, also known as Buhari House, following the tragic murder of its Director of Administration, AbdulRauf Adeniji. Adeniji was kidnapped weeks ago and reportedly killed last month.
The APC announced the closure in a memo titled “Secretariat Closure for the Mourning of the Director of Administration.”
The memo stated that the closure would take effect until Monday, April 14, 2025, and advised staff to use this period for sober reflection and prayers for the family and loved ones of the deceased.
The APC national secretary approved the closure after receiving news of Adeniji’s sad demise.
The circumstances surrounding Adeniji’s kidnapping and murder are still under investigation,
