Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nigeria’s North Central region have endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term, praising his leadership and developmental strides in the region.

The endorsement came during the APC North Central Stakeholders’ meeting held in Abuja, where a vote of confidence was passed in the president’s leadership.

The motion for endorsement was initiated by Senator George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and seconded by Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago.

In their remarks, the stakeholders lauded President Tinubu for his transformative policies and initiatives that they say have positively impacted both the North Central region and the country at large. They specifically applauded the establishment of the North Central Development Commission and the introduction of forest guards as part of security and environmental reforms.

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, who also chairs the North Central States Governors Forum, reaffirmed the region’s commitment to national unity and sustained development under Tinubu’s leadership.

APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, also addressed the gathering, noting that the president’s policies are delivering tangible results across various sectors.

The meeting was attended by a host of influential party figures, including governors, former governors, federal lawmakers, ministers, and members of the APC National Working Committee from the North Central zone.
