Popular skit maker Kamo State has showered praise on Nollywood star Funke Akindele, revealing that she generously offered to sponsor his wife’s childbirth abroad after learning she was pregnant.
In a heartfelt post on social media, Kamo called Akindele “an angel in human form,” expressing profound gratitude for her unwavering support throughout his wife’s pregnancy and delivery.
He recounted how Akindele not only offered to fly his wife to the US for a safer delivery but also ensured access to top-tier medical care, remained in constant contact, and stood by the family through it all.
“I’ll never forget how you stayed with me at the hospital, sent your driver and security at any hour, and prayed with us every day,” he wrote.
Even while traveling with her own family, Akindele made sure Kamo was present with his wife, consistently prioritizing their wellbeing.
In addition to her support during the pregnancy, Akindele is also sponsoring their baby’s naming ceremony covering everything from food to outfits.
“Your kindness is beyond words,” Kamo concluded. “I pray God blesses you as abundantly as you’ve blessed us.”
