Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. (GTBank) has announced a temporary adjustment to its operating hours, with all branches across Nigeria set to close earlier than usual on Monday, June 30, 2025.
The bank disclosed this in a customer notice issued via email on Saturday, citing the need to carry out its scheduled half-year audit exercise.
“Please be informed that our branches nationwide will close to customers early on Monday, June 30, 2025, for our half-year audit,” the statement read.
According to the bank, closing times will vary depending on the region: branches located outside Lagos (upcountry branches) will close by 2:00 p.m., while those in Lagos will shut their doors by 3:00 p.m.
GTBank encouraged customers to utilize its digital banking platforms during the temporary closure period for uninterrupted access to banking services.
Normal banking operations are expected to resume on Tuesday, July 1, during regular business hours.
The bank expressed appreciation to its customers for their cooperation and continued support during the audit process.
