Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has extended warm congratulations to eight indigene of the state who were among the 200 National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members recently honoured by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for their exceptional performance during the 2024/2025 service year.
The recognised Kwarans are: Kareem Jeelel Amoloye, Adebiyi Lekan Hamzat, Aminat Ajoke Hassan, Alabi Omotayo, Lawal Victor, Lawal Oluwatobi, James Peninah, and Israel Ayeni.
Governor AbdulRazaq praised the awardees for their exemplary conduct, discipline, and dedication throughout their service year, describing their recognition as a testament to the value of hard work and excellence.
“This honour reflects the fact that diligence and integrity never go unnoticed. These young men and women have set a worthy example for their peers and the younger generation,” the Governor said.
He commended them for being worthy ambassadors of Kwara State and their families, and expressed optimism about their future as they move into the next chapter of their lives, especially with the Federal Government’s employment offer already secured through the President’s directive.
