Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has made fresh allegations against her colleague Iyabo Ojo, accusing her of orchestrating a campaign to ruin her marriage and tarnish her image.
In a lengthy Instagram post shared on her fifth wedding anniversary, Lizzy claimed that Iyabo Ojo went as far as hiring someone to secretly record her husband, forging a death certificate to solicit public donations, and spreading false narratives across blogs.
Anjorin also accused Ojo of exploiting public sympathy for personal gain, adding that her actions had negatively impacted her children.
“Happy 5th wedding anniversary to me and my crown,” Lizzy wrote. “Dear Iyabo Ojo, marriage is about kindness and loyalty. It’s not about destruction but building together. A good marriage is not meant to tear a family down, but to strengthen it with love.”
She further alleged: “I remember you called me after my wedding, claiming Senator Melaye gave you a diamond ring. I later realized it was a lie. Why did you fabricate such a story?”
The accusations come amid an ongoing feud between the two actresses. It is worth recalling that Iyabo Ojo previously filed a defamation lawsuit against Lizzy Anjorin, demanding N1 billion in damages. However, the case was dismissed, and the court awarded N500,000 in costs against Ojo.
