President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday hosted Anambra State Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja for a closed-door meeting.
Although details of the discussion were not made public, political analysts suggest the talks may have focused on securing federal backing for key projects in Anambra, attracting investment partnerships, and exploring joint initiatives to strengthen regional stability.
The meeting is also believed to have political undertones, coming ahead of the next Anambra governorship election in which Soludo is expected to seek re-election.
