Nigerian popular disc jockey and philanthropist, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has opened up about her ongoing struggle to find a life partner, despite her success in career and academics.
Taking to social media, the 33-year-old daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola expressed her frustration over remaining single, even with numerous suitors constantly reaching out to her via direct messages (DMs).
Cuppy humorously lamented that although she receives attention from many men, one of her major concerns is their poor spelling. “Making it big… but mother of Dúdú and FünFün, no husband, with plenty suitors in my DMs and none can even spell Pomeranian,” she wrote.
The Oxford University graduate, who has previously admitted to struggling with spelling herself, also noted that she often reminds God of her single status whenever she sees wedding photos online.
DJ Cuppy, who ended her engagement to British boxer Ryan Taylor in 2023, has been open about her desire to settle down. Despite her high-profile accomplishments including her recent selection as a 2025 Goalkeeper by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, she continues to express a longing for companionship.
