The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved the appointment of Mr. Ayoola Olajolo as the party’s new Director of Administration at its National Secretariat.
Olajolo, a legal practitioner and public administrator with over 20 years of experience, is expected to bring his expertise in law, governance, and administration to the role.
A native of Ile-Ife in Osun State, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. His political career began at the grassroots level, where he served as Secretary of Ife Central Local Government between 1999 and 2003 before being elected Chairman.
He later joined the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), rising to the position of Assistant Chief Legal Officer. At the agency, he was responsible for managing complex administrative and legal processes.
In his new role, Olajolo will oversee the day-to-day operations of the APC National Secretariat, manage human resources, and ensure the effective implementation of the party’s programmes and activities.
The party, in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, congratulated Olajolo and wished him success in his assignment.
