Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has surprised his wife, Chioma Adeleke, with a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.
The luxury SUV, one of the latest models on the market is estimated to cost more than $150,000 (about N240 million), depending on its specifications. The 2025 edition boasts a fresh design and an electric option, making it a major upgrade over earlier versions.
In a video shared on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, Davido revealed that he traded in an older model and added extra funds to secure the new ride. Presenting the keys to Chioma, he said the gift was his way of giving her “only the best.”
Chioma, visibly thrilled, received the lavish present just weeks after the couple’s grand white wedding in Miami on August 10, 2025. The Miami ceremony, the final in a three-part wedding celebration, reportedly cost about $3.7 million and attracted prominent personalities from politics, business, and entertainment.
