Reaching 100 goals for one club is a remarkable achievement but doing it in record time is what sets the truly exceptional strikers apart.

According to Insight Media Sports Arena, these are the ten players who reached the 100-goal milestone in all competitions in the fewest number of games:

10. Kylian Mbappé – Paris Saint-Germain (137 games)

A teenage sensation at Monaco, Mbappé helped them to the 2017 Ligue 1 title and a Champions League semi-final before PSG secured his services the same summer they signed Neymar for €222m. The French forward justified the investment, quickly becoming one of the most feared goalscorers in Europe.

9. Robert Lewandowski – Bayern Munich (136 games)

After shining for Borussia Dortmund, famously scoring four times in a single Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid. Lewandowski continued his prolific form at Bayern Munich, joining on a free transfer in 2014. He eventually scored 312 Bundesliga goals and broke Gerd Müller’s single-season record with 41 goals in 2020/21.

8. Edinson Cavani – Napoli (135 games)

Before his successful spell at PSG and late-career cameo at Manchester United, Cavani was at his lethal best for Napoli. Between 2010 and 2013, the Uruguayan netted 104 goals in 138 appearances, becoming a cult hero at the Stadio San Paolo.

7. Ruud van Nistelrooy – Manchester United (131 games)

Delayed by a serious knee injury before his move to Old Trafford, Van Nistelrooy wasted no time once he arrived. Known for his ruthless finishing, the Dutchman was obsessed with topping the scoring charts, Paul Scholes recalls he would check if Thierry Henry had scored before speaking to anyone after matches.

6. Cristiano Ronaldo – Juventus (131 games)

Ronaldo joined Juventus in 2018 after four Champions League triumphs in five years at Real Madrid. While Juve fell short of European glory, the Portuguese superstar still delivered, hitting 100 goals in just 131 appearances, despite the club’s eventual financial struggles.

5. Zlatan Ibrahimović – Paris Saint-Germain (124 games)

Already a serial winner in Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, Ibrahimović became PSG’s marquee signing in 2012. He scored at least 30 goals in each of his four seasons in Paris, peaking with 50 goals in 51 appearances during his final campaign.

4. Luis Suárez – Barcelona (120 games)

After terrorising Premier League defences with Liverpool, Suárez joined Barcelona in 2014. Despite serving a four-match ban for biting Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup, he quickly formed a devastating attacking trio with Lionel Messi and Neymar. Suárez fired 25 goals in his debut season as Barça won the treble and went on to score 198 goals over six years.

=2. Cristiano Ronaldo – Real Madrid (105 games)

Signed for a then world-record fee in 2009, Ronaldo endured a brief wait for silverware but not for goals. He scored 33 goals in his first season and went on to hit at least 50 in six consecutive campaigns, overtaking Raúl to become the club’s all-time leading scorer.

=2. Erling Haaland – Manchester City (105 games)

Arriving for £51m in 2022, Haaland announced himself with two goals on his Premier League debut and went on to score 38 in a treble-winning first season. He reached the 100-goal mark at the start of his third year with a strike against Arsenal.

1. Harry Kane – Bayern Munich (104 games)

On 27 September 2025, Kane scored twice in a 4–0 win over Werder Bremen to reach 100 goals for Bayern Munich. The England captain has silenced any doubts about being a “one-season wonder,” maintaining a phenomenal scoring rate since moving to Germany.

These elite forwards have not only hit the century mark but have done so at lightning speed, underlining their status among the greatest goal scorers in football history.
