Six newly promoted Chief Supreintendent of Police under Osun state command were on Wednesday decorated by the Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Gotan.
The officers are CSP Idris Yahaya Balogun, Officer-in-Charge of Government Secretariat, Abere; CSP Mohammed Suleiman Divisional Police Officer in Ejigbo; CSP Bosede David Femi, DPO Oja-Oba and CSP Akanmu Sunday Gbadebo, DPO Ejigbo.
Others are CSP Oladapo Titilope Hammed, DPO ‘A’ Ilesha and CSP Ajani Motunrayo – Deputy Commander, Intelligence, State Criminal Investigation Department, Osogbo.
While commending the officers for the committment and dedication, CP Gotan charged them to redouble their efforts in the fight against crime and criminality in the state.
The Police Commissioner also expressed appreciation to the Police Service Commission and the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun for rewards diligence and hardwork.
