The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the release of call-up numbers for 2025 Batch C prospective corps members.

The scheme confirmed the development on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Tuesday, stating that the call-up numbers were released in order of registration.

According to the NYSC, limited camp capacity across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory means that only about 40 percent of registered prospective corps members will be able to participate in the upcoming orientation exercise.

Those who are not selected for the current batch, the management added, will be automatically moved to the next mobilisation round.

“Rest assured, those not accommodated will be automatically moved to the next Batch, which will take place soon after the Batch C exercise,” the statement read.

The NYSC reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a smooth and hitch-free orientation programme for all participants.

“Management remains committed to ensuring a seamless orientation exercise and a rewarding service year experience for our prospective corps members,” it said.

Online registration for the 2025 Batch C exercise opened on November 4 and closed on November 9 for both foreign-trained and locally trained graduates.

As outlined in the official mobilisation timetable:

Physical verification for foreign-trained graduates will take place from November 9 to 13.

ICT activities are scheduled for November 12 to 15.

Corps-producing institutions will handle the online printing of deployment and call-up letters between November 16 and 18, during which prospective corps members are expected to print their own letters.

The NYSC urged all prospective corps members to stay informed through official channels and to prepare adequately for the orientation exercise.
