The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2025 Batch ‘C’ Orientation Course will commence on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, across all camps nationwide.

In a statement signed by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the scheme said registration for all corps members will run from Wednesday, November 19, to midnight on Friday, November 21.

“The swearing-in ceremony holds on Friday, November 21, while the closing ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025,” the statement added.

NYSC Director-General, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, wished all prospective corps members safe journeys to their respective orientation camps and cautioned them against traveling at night to ensure their safety.

Earlier on Tuesday, NYSC announced the release of call-up numbers for 2025 Batch ‘C’ prospective corps members via its official X handle. The statement explained that the numbers were issued based on the order of registration.

It further clarified that due to capacity constraints across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, only about 40 percent of registered prospective corps members will participate in the upcoming orientation exercise.

Those unable to secure placement in Batch C will be deferred to the next orientation programme, the statement assured.
