A French labour court has ordered Paris Saint-Germain to pay their former star forward, Kylian Mbappé, about €60 million in unpaid wages and bonuses.

The ruling was delivered on Tuesday, settling part of a long-running financial dispute between the France captain and the Parisian club. Mbappé left PSG in June 2024 after his contract expired and later completed a high-profile move to Spanish giants, Real Madrid.

The 26-year-old had initially demanded more than €260 million from PSG, while the club countered with a claim that Mbappé owed them €440 million. However, the court awarded the player only a portion of his claims.

Mbappé also argued that PSG wrongly classified his contract under French labour law, but the court dismissed that claim.

As of the time of filing this report, PSG have not indicated whether they will challenge the ruling through an appeal or accept the judgement and pay the money.
