The Crown Prince made the appeal during his address at the Annual Hajj reception held at Mina Palace on Saturday, according to the News Agency of Nigeria. He underscored the importance of protecting innocent civilians and fostering a peaceful environment where Palestinians can enjoy lasting peace and sovereignty in accordance with global legal frameworks. “This appeal reflects the Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to addressing the crisis and ensuring long-term stability in the region,” he stated. Prince Mohammed reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s dedication to serving Islam and Muslims, with particular emphasis on supporting Hajj pilgrims and ensuring their spiritual journey is carried out with ease and safety. He also highlighted the broader goal of promoting peace and security not only within Muslim nations but around the world. Dignitaries present at the event included Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani and Maldivian President Dr Mohamed Muizzu. Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, also spoke at the reception, noting major accomplishments during the Hajj season.
