The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba AbdulRasheed Akanbi, has claimed that a trailer allegedly sent to kill him crashed, flipped over, and was badly damaged after hitting him.
In a video currently circulating online, the Osun monarch credited divine intervention for his survival, describing the experience as a testament to God’s power.
Although Oba Akanbi did not disclose the exact time or location of the incident, he recounted that after the trailer struck him, he witnessed what he described as “angels of God” pulling the vehicle away.
“The trailer meant to kill us crashed and was severely dented,” he said. “It was dragged away by God’s angels. Trust God fully—never doubt Him.”
