The Kaduna State High Court has granted the bail application filed by the embattled leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, and his wife Zeenat to seek medical attention abroad.
Giving his ruling on Monday, Justice Darius Khobo ordered that the IMN leader be accompanied abroad by officials of the Kaduna State government.
El-Zakzaky has been in detention of the DSS since 2015 after a clash between his men and men of the Nigerian Army.
