Liverpool have been drawn at home against Chelsea in the standout tie of the Carabao Cup fourth round, while Premier League champions Arsenal will travel to League Two side Fleetwood Town.
The draw, conducted on Wednesday evening after the completion of the third-round fixtures, produced several eye-catching ties, including three all-Premier League encounters.
Liverpool booked their place in the fourth round with a 3-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur, while Chelsea secured their progression after surviving a nine-goal thriller against Leeds United, winning 6-3.
Arsenal also advanced in impressive fashion, defeating Ipswich Town 4-2 away from home to set up their meeting with Fleetwood.
Fleetwood, who play in League Two, earned their place in the fourth round by overcoming their third-round opponents and will now welcome the reigning Premier League champions in what promises to be a major occasion for the club.
Brighton & Hove Albion also caused one of the biggest upsets of the round, eliminating Manchester United with a 3-2 victory at Old Trafford.
Peterborough United were the only team to progress through a penalty shootout in the third round. They defeated Barnsley 7-6 on penalties after the match ended 3-3 in normal time.
The fourth-round draw also produced all-Premier League meetings between Everton and Newcastle United, Sunderland and Brentford, as well as Liverpool and Chelsea.
Fulham will face Crystal Palace, while Bournemouth have been drawn against Aston Villa. Bradford City and Peterborough United will contest the only other tie involving clubs from outside the Premier League.
The final third-round fixture will be played on Thursday night, when holders Manchester City host Norwich City at the Etihad Stadium. The winner will take the remaining fourth-round place and face Brighton.
The fourth-round ties are scheduled to be played during the week commencing October 26.
