The Court of Appeal has declared Barrister Ibrahim Shabba of the People’s Democratic Party as the authentic winner of February 23 House of Representatives elections.
Shabba defeated a member of the All Progressive Congress (APC) at the Court of Appeal.
It gathered that the defeated APC member is Hon. Abdulkarim Usman Isah Wambai representing Lokoja-Kogi Kotonkarfe (KKF) Federal constituency.
The victory of Shabba was announced in a tweet by Engr Musa Wada (MW), the PDP governorship candidate for Kogi state in the coming election. Wada in the tweet on Wednesday, October 23, congratulated Shabba on his victory at the Court of Appeal.
He said the party is proud of him and wishes him success as he embarks on the path to serve the good people of Lokoja/Koto federal constituency.
He tweeted, “Congratulations Barrister Ibrahim Shabba on your victory at the Court of Appeal today. We are proud of you and wishes you success as you now embark on the path to serve the good people of Lokoja/Koto federal constituency.”
