Embattled senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye has posted a picture of Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello flagging off construction of a road at 3am in the night.
Bello, who is the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the November 16th election, was seen in the middle of some party loyalists doing the commissioning.
The senator wrote, “The outgoing Governor Yahaya Bello flag off road at Kabba 3am without advertisement, bidding, award or a contract paper and contractor. This one na contract by pronouncement. Road flag in the middle of night. Orishirishi… SDM”
