Gabriel Victoria Foundation, a Non-governmental organization based in Osun State on Tuesday empowered students in Ikirun, Ifelodun local government area of the State.
The beneficiaries, about 150 in number, were given text books to aid their learning.
Speaking at the event at Onaolapo Memorial High School, the Chief Logistics Officer of the foundation, Saheed Salam said the aim of the Programme was to empower younger generation and giving back to the society.
Salam, who represented the Chairman of the organization, Wale Adewoye, revealed that the mission of the group is to ensure younger generations have necessary materials to aid learning and understanding while school.
He said the Programme keys into the mission of the foundation, stating that more students will benefit from the gesture in future.
