As the Osun Independent Electoral Commission, OSIEC, conducts a local government and local council development authority elections today, voters in the State have shunned the process.
InsightMedia correspondents who moved round some polling units in Osogbo LGA Osogbo West LCDA and Osogbo observed that most of the polling units have no voters as at the time of visits.
The All Progressives Congress is the only Party fielding candidates for the election.
OSIEC officials who spoke with InsightMedia said voters come in one by one.
