The winner of last month’s governorship election in Osun State, Alh Gboyega Oyetola and his running mate, Benedict Alabi both of the All Progressives Congress have been issued certificates of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The certificate presentation was held at the INEC office Osogbo on Wednesday.
Presenting the certificate, the INEC National Chairman ably represented by the the National Commissioner, Mr Solomon Soyebi emphasized commitment of the commission towards credible and acceptable election.
The Governor-elect reiterated his readiness to lead an inclusive government that will deliver dividends of democracy to all and sundry in the state.
Dignitaries at the event include the wife of the Governor-elect, Alhaja Oyetola, the State Chairman of the APC, Prince Gboyega Famodun and other chieftains of the party.
