The Executive Secretary of the Osun Health Insurance Agency, Dr Abdulrasaq Akintunde Akindele has congratulated the Commissioner for Special Duties in Osun State, Dr Basiru Tokunbo Salam on his 63rd birthday.
Dr Akindele in a statement personally signed by him on Tuesday described Salami as someone who has been consistent in demonstrating sincerity and reliability.
