Following the directive by Governor Ademola Adeleke, the Osun Health Insurance Agency has released an itinerary for the enrollment of Pensioners into the Osun Health Insurance Scheme.
According to a schedule signed by the Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Akintunde Akindele and obtained by InsightMedia on Sunday, the enrollment will commence on Monday, November 6th.
The enrollment will be held at all local government areas between Monday and Wednesday.
InsightMedia recalls Akindele during the last quarterly forum meeting with healthcare providers on Thursday in Osogbo, revealed that the Agency will enroll 19,000 Pensioners into the scheme.
He said the action is in line with Adeleke’s commitment to bring healthcare delivery to all nooks and crannies of the State and to “cater for the medical needs of the senior citizens”.
