Yoruba poet, writer, artiste and religious leader, Alhaji Olanrewaju Adepoju, is died.
“Adepoju died on Sunday 10 December, 2023 in his home in Ibadan,” reports Nigerian Tribune.
It quotes his son, Adejare Adepoju, as breaking the news in a brief announcement on Sunday, saying: “Baba has gone to rest.”
Adejare Adepoju said the sad incident occurred at about 7pm.
The late Olanrewaju Adepoju was 83 years old.
