Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has shared reflections on his life journey as he marks his 32nd birthday.
The “Omo Baba Olowo” crooner, who celebrated his birthday on Thursday, November 21, took to X (formerly Twitter) to express gratitude for life despite facing significant challenges.
Addressing his fans, Davido acknowledged that his life hasn’t been as smooth as it might seem, but he remains thankful for God’s blessings and the unwavering support of his fans.
He wrote:
“Big 32 soon! Omo, God is good. Happy to be alive! My eyes don see shege! But steady my fans dey shout shekpe!”
To commemorate his milestone, Davido announced plans to donate N300 million to orphanages across Nigeria, a gesture reminiscent of his similar contribution during his 29th birthday in 2021.
