Actor and filmmaker, Femi Adebayo, has not been a stranger to acclaim and adulation in the course of his career.

However, his fans have apparently taken it a notch higher with the release of his latest movie series titled, ‘Seven Doors’.

Though his last project, ‘Jagun Jagun’, was well acclaimed and it received several awards, some pundits have stated that ‘Seven Doors’ will also enjoy positive appraisal from critics and movie lovers alike.

The series, which started showing on streaming platform, Netflix, on Friday, December 13, 2024, has been garnering commendation.

The premiere of the series had taken place days earlier at the Filmhouse Cinema IMAX in Lekki, Lagos, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, and it was star-studded with celebrities from different parts of the entertainment industry.

Many in the selected audience that watched some episodes of the series lauded the series for its storyline, costuming, make-up and special effects as well as the stellar cast made up of actors like Adebayo Salami, Jide Kosoko, Chioma Chukwuka, Muyiwa Ademola, Hafiz Oyetoro (Saka), Gabriel Afolayan, Yinka Quadri, Madam Saje, among others.

The lead actors in the series— Femi Adebayo and Chioma Chukwuka— continued the drama off-screen as they made a memorable entrance in a vintage car and danced their way onto the red carpet.

Dressed in regal traditional attire, the duo looked every inch like the royal couple they portrayed in the production.

The venue was also spectacularly decorated with a re-enactment of some of the sets in the movies, while props from the series also added colour and character to the red carpet.

Some of the guests at the event were Funke Akindele, K1 de Ultimate, Toyin Abraham, Yemi Solade, Faithia Williams, Iyabo Ojo, Odunlade Adekola, Kiekie, Jide Kosoko, Yinka Quadri, Adebayo Salami, and Ronke Oshodi, among others.
