Amotekun searches for victim as gunmen invade residential apartment, kidnap woman in Osogbo

 

The Osun State Security Network, codenamed Amotekun Corps has begun searching for a 51-year-old kidnapped woman, Oluwatoyin Gbemisola Ojo, 51 who was kidnapped from her residence in Osogbo.

It was gathered that Ojo, whose husband is an NNPCL staff, was abducted at her residence located at Landero Street, Technical College Area Osogbo at about 10:30pm on Friday, January 13th, 2023 by unknown gunmen.

The Amotekun Field Commander, Amitolu Shittu said he received a distress call at around 1:15am midnight on Saturday from the victim’s husband Mr. Fetus Ojo on the disappearance of her wife and he has deployed officers to immediately commence rescue mission.

The Amotekun  assured the residents of the state that the kidnapped victim will be rescued and the criminals that perpetrated the act will be brought to book.
