The Paramount ruler Igala kingdom in Kogi State, HRM Michael Ameh Oboni II is dead.
The monarch died in the early hours of Thursday, August 27.
Cause of death of the monarch remains unknown as at the time of filing this report, sources however, disclosed that he died after a brief illness.
Before his demise, he was the Chairman of Kogi State Traditional Council.
