Federal Bureau of Investigation has released a damning report against DCP Abba Kyari detailing his involvement in the fraud committed by Rahman Abbas also known as Hushpuppi.
In the report, the “super cop” was discussing and negotiating with Hushpuppi and also aided the arrested of a man identified as Chibuizor who had a failed deal with Abbas.
InsightMedia has reported that Kyari was fingered by FBI as one of those aiding scams conducted by Hushpuppi.
However, in his denial, the Deputy Commissioner of Police said he only helped Hushpuppi buy cloths and has no link with him.
