Ilobu-Asake Development Union Postpones AGM

The leadership of the Ilobu-Asake Development Union has postponed the previously scheduled Annual General Meeting slated to Saturday, June 15, 2019 to Saturday, July 6, 2019.

The IDU National Public Secretary, Mr Kazeem Alabi, made this known in a statement released and obtain by InsightMedia late on Friday.

Alabi said the National Executive Committee under the leadership of Alh Daud Adebisi-Balogun took the decision to avoid clashing with the burial of Late Prince Dauda Solagbade Araoye.

He added that Late Araoye was a golden son of the soil who did his best towards the development of the community while he was alive, and as such, deserves a befiting burial.

The statement added that the union regrets all inconveniences caused by the postponement.
